Philippe Padieu was arrested for the inhuman crime

Philippe Padieu a 53-years-old martial arts instructor and the resident of uptown Dallas has been sentenced for having unprotected sex without telling his sexual partners about his HIV problem and infecting at least six women. This is the third time in the history of U.S and first time in Texas than DNA sequencing has been used for the conviction of Philippe Padieu, he deliberately exposed at least six women to HIV infecting all six of them.

It has been two years that Philippe Padieu was arrested for the inhuman crime; he was sentenced for the rest of his life, Philippe Padieu now 53 will be eligible for parole in 22-1/2 years, and as soon as the Collin County jury sentenced him a line of women appeared to take a look in his eye and tell him what he did to them.
Most of them were puzzled and few were angry but the main thing of their concern was that they have been left exposed to a lethal and dreadful disease of Aids. Philippe Padieu was found guilty on six counts of motivated assault for having unprotected sex while suffering with HIV, and not telling his sexual partners about his condition. Philippe Padieu received 5 sentences for 45 years in jail and one 25 years sentence on 29th May, 2009 Friday. The sentences will run at the same time. For all of them present the trial was an emotional experience especially for those women who got infected with the deadly virus.
