The expected commitment of ESPNU 150 wide receiver Trovon Reed (Thibodeaux, La./Thibodeaux) to Auburn gives the Tigers another talented pass-catcher in this class.

Reed joins Under Armour All-American Antonio Goodwin (Atlanta, Ga./Booker T. Washington), four-star athlete Shaun Kitchens (College Park, Ga./Banneker) and in-state three-star prospect Jeremy Richardson (Springville, Ala./Springville) as part of the receiving haul for this year's cycle.

Auburn assistant head coach/wide receivers coach Trooper Taylor, who is considered one of the top recruiters in the SEC and the country, was Reed's recruiter of record. Taylor also snagged Goodwin earlier this year.

Much like the verbal commitment of the nation's top running back, Michael Dyer (Little Rock, Ark./Little Rock Christian) last week, this commitment was not unexpected because Reed had been leaning toward the Tigers for some time.
